Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of tier one customer accounts to ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements
• Drive organic growth and customer retention through proactive relationship management and business development
• Lead contract renewals, pricing strategies, and presentations to position Linfox as the preferred solution provider
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to improve processes, reduce costs, and maximize profit
• Manage new customer integration to ensure seamless transitions and successful implementation

Requirements

• Significant experience in business development or account management within a complex supply chain environment
• Proven track record in transport sales or managing large-scale accounts
• Strong understanding of revenue models, rate cards, P/L, cost-to-serve, and commercial analytics
• Demonstrated ability to effectively implement and manage transport agreements and contracts
• Ability to provide client-focused solutions in a fast-paced, multi-customer environment
