Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of tier one customer accounts to ensure service delivery meets all contractual requirements
• Drive customer growth and retention through proactive relationship management and organic growth opportunities
• Lead business development activities, including contract renewals, pricing strategies, and client presentations
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to improve processes, reduce costs, and maximize profit and revenue streams
• Manage new customer integration to ensure a seamless transition and successful implementation
• Collaborate with operational teams to drive performance and maintain excellence in long-distance logistics

Requirements

• Significant experience in business development or account management within a complex supply chain environment
• Proven track record in transport sales or managing large-scale accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of revenue models, rate cards, P/L, and cost-to-serve analytics
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to provide client-focused solutions through a partnership-driven approach
