About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and plan customer accounts to achieve sales targets through direct sales channels
- Forecast sales predictions accurately and track customer stock levels (sell-in vs. sell-out)
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of major accounts
- Negotiate product assortment and execute promotional campaigns for clients
- Act as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams
- Monitor KPIs, manage monthly sell-out budgets, and develop quarterly planning reports
- Maximize LG's investment in accounts to ensure high return and market exposure
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Marketing, or a similar field
- Proven experience managing the built-in category
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
- Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to work effectively under stress
- Availability to travel as needed
