About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies to achieve category sales targets and increase market share within the Italian retail channel
  • Develop short- and long-term sales plans, forecasts, and execution strategies for assigned customers
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and LG teams to enhance communication and satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new sales opportunities
  • Manage customer relationships through accurate forecasting, sell-out tracking, budget control, and cost management
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Product Management, Logistics, and Finance
  • Travel frequently across Italy to meet clients and support sales activities

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Key Account Manager role specifically within the Built-In home appliances market
  • Strong knowledge of the Consumer Electronics market and retail channels
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • Fluency in both English and Italian
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
  • Proven track record in a proactive, KPI-driven sales environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Italy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within multi-channel retail environments
  • Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and finance processes
  • Established professional network within the Italian retail market for built-in appliances
