About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies to achieve category sales targets and increase market share within the Italian retail channel
- Develop short- and long-term sales plans, forecasts, and execution strategies for assigned customers
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and LG teams to enhance communication and satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new sales opportunities
- Manage customer relationships through accurate forecasting, sell-out tracking, budget control, and cost management
- Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Product Management, Logistics, and Finance
- Travel frequently across Italy to meet clients and support sales activities
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Key Account Manager role specifically within the Built-In home appliances market
- Strong knowledge of the Consumer Electronics market and retail channels
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) and fluency in Italian
- Proven track record in a proactive, KPI-driven sales environment
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within multi-channel retail environments
- Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and finance processes
- Established professional network within the Italian retail market for built-in home appliances
- Additional language skills
