About the role
Responsibilities
- Scout, reach out to, pitch, and onboard leading online health and fitness coaches to partner with Lenus
- Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 coaches to help them grow their businesses sustainably
- Collaborate on innovative marketing, sales, and business development strategies to enhance coaches' impact
- Foster trust-based, long-term partnerships with coaches and serve as their primary collaborator
- Coordinate projects precisely, participate in key meetings, and deliver exceptional service
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Social media marketing experience is a plus
- Creative, collaborative mindset with a co-founder mentality
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
