About the role

Responsibilities

  • Target and onboard health and fitness coaches by scouting, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus
  • Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches to drive sustainable business growth
  • Collaborate on marketing, sales, and business development strategies to enhance coach impact
  • Foster trust-based, long-term partnerships with coaches
  • Coordinate projects and participate in key meetings to ensure quality excellence

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Creative and collaborative mindset
  • Interest in social media marketing
