About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches
  • Collaborate on marketing, sales, and business development strategies to drive coach growth
  • Foster trust-based, long-term partnerships with coaches
  • Coordinate projects and participate in key meetings to ensure quality excellence

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
