About the role
Responsibilities
- Target and onboard leading online health and fitness coaches globally
- Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches
- Collaborate on marketing, sales, and business development strategies to drive coach growth
- Foster trust-based, long-term partnerships with coaches
- Coordinate projects and participate in key meetings to ensure quality excellence
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Collaborative and innovative mindset
