Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a portfolio of 15-20 health and fitness coaches to grow their businesses
  • Collaborate on marketing, sales, and business development strategies to enhance coach impact
  • Foster trust-based, long-term relationships with partners
  • Coordinate projects and participate in key meetings to ensure quality excellence

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Fluency in Swedish
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Results-driven mindset
