About the role
Responsibilities
- Target and empower coaches by scouting, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus
- Manage and support a portfolio of 15-20 health and fitness coaches to grow their businesses
- Collaborate on marketing, sales, and business development strategies to enhance coach impact
- Foster trust-based, long-term relationships with partners
- Coordinate projects and participate in key meetings to ensure quality excellence
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Fluency in Swedish
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Results-driven mindset

- Experience in social media marketing
