About the role

Responsibilities

  • Target and empower coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus
  • Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches to grow their businesses sustainably
  • Collaborate on strategies blending innovative marketing, sales tactics, and business development initiatives
  • Foster trust-based relationships with coaches to act as a primary collaborator
  • Coordinate and manage projects precisely and deliver exceptional service

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative and creative mindset
