About the role
Responsibilities
- Target and empower coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus
- Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches to grow their businesses sustainably
- Collaborate on strategies blending innovative marketing, sales tactics, and business development initiatives
- Foster trust-based relationships with coaches to act as a primary collaborator
- Coordinate and manage projects precisely and deliver exceptional service
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Collaborative and creative mindset
