About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and develop strong partnerships with existing and new wholesale accounts across Canada
- Act as the primary point of contact for buyers to foster collaborative relationships
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve profitability targets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to guide pricing, collections, and promotional strategies
- Act as a brand ambassador for La Senza and DIM Brands International
- Collaborate with internal marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in key account management or wholesale
- Proven track record in sales growth and managing major accounts
- Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
