About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and develop strong partnerships with existing and new wholesale accounts across Canada
  • Act as the primary point of contact for buyers to foster collaborative relationships
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve profitability targets
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to guide pricing, collections, and promotional strategies
  • Act as a brand ambassador for La Senza and DIM Brands International
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in key account management or wholesale
  • Proven track record in sales growth and managing major accounts
  • Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
