About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by achieving channel results including turnover, market share, and profit
- Develop and execute profitable growth strategies per category for key clients
- Manage account P&L performance, including sell-in and sell-out responsibilities
- Monitor contracts, invoices, and use Revenue Growth Management levers to secure ROI
- Impact P&L through precise demand planning and inventory management
- Turn data into actionable commercial strategies customized for specific clients
- Lead customer negotiations to secure agreements on product launches and visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to implement go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- Previous relevant commercial experience
- Fluency in both English and Norwegian
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences
