Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by achieving channel results including turnover, market share, and profit
• Develop and execute profitable growth strategies per category for key clients
• Manage account P&L performance, including sell-in and sell-out responsibilities
• Monitor contracts, invoices, and use Revenue Growth Management levers to secure ROI
• Impact P&L through precise demand planning and inventory management
• Turn data into actionable commercial strategies customized for specific clients
• Lead customer negotiations to secure agreements on product launches and visibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to implement go-to-market strategies

Requirements

• Previous relevant commercial experience
• Fluency in both English and Norwegian
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences
