About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute joint business plans (JBP) and negotiate commercial terms with platforms like Shopee.
  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce storefront operations, including merchandising, promos, and campaign calendars.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as PV/UV/CR, basket metrics, and ROI to drive sales growth.
  • Translate data insights into actionable pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies.
  • Lead forecasting and stock follow-up while collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Digital teams.
  • Deliver monthly sell-in/sell-out reconciliations and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management and platform partnerships.
  • Expertise in E-commerce platform operations (specifically Shopee and/or MOMO).
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive commercial insights from digital metrics.
  • Experience in trade and campaign activation within tight timelines.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across marketing and supply chain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
