Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of all soft and technical services for a flagship corporate campus in Melbourne's Docklands
• Maintain full compliance with statutory, safety, and risk management obligations
• Oversee specialist technical partners and ensure high-performing building operations
• Build and develop a high-performing campus team with a strong service culture
• Meet or exceed internal financial targets while delivering services within the customer’s budget
• Own and evolve the asset lifecycle strategy and Capital Investment Plan
• Serve as the central point of contact for senior customer stakeholders and campus leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading major multi-service FM contracts
• Engineering qualifications with strong technical competency
• Proven ability to manage complex supply chains and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complex organizational environments
