Key Account Manager Industrials

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end commercial customer journey for a dedicated portfolio of industrial accounts.
• Act as the leading company representative to customers across all services and business units.
• Develop and execute account plans and customer strategies based on account intelligence.
• Negotiate rates and service contracts in alignment with business unit requirements.
• Monitor monthly performance metrics including pipeline, wins, losses, and financial targets.
• Ensure smooth transition of new business into operations to meet customer commitments.
• Conduct regular review sessions with customers regarding continuous improvement and innovation.

• Proven experience and knowledge within a broad range of vertical topics, including supply chain.
• Demonstrated track record in business development, specifically in up-selling, cross-selling, and consultative solutions.
• Strong ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
