About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration within assigned health systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including administrators, clinicians, and IT professionals.
  • Utilize quantitative skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Specialists, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on patient monitoring solutions, staying informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience with proven account management skills.
  • Experience in medical capital sales or selling directly into hospitals is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations and lead teams through change management.
  • Ability to establish credibility with clinical decision-makers and understand clinical workflows.
  • Willingness to work in a field role, including occasional overnight travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of clinical practices and healthcare technology integration.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a highly regulated environment.
