Key Account Manager HoReCa

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customers and acquire new customers in system gastronomy, catering, hotels, canteens, and communal catering
• Actively sell based on customer requirements, needs, and expectations
• Act as a central contact person for customers regarding assortment, price, and services
• Generate profitable and sustainable revenue
• Collaborate with depots and customer managers for regional customer support
• Plan and analyze the achievement of targets in new customer business
• Conduct annual negotiations and negotiate framework agreements and conditions
• Coordinate closely with KAM tender management and central specialist departments

Requirements

• Market and industry knowledge in system gastronomy, catering, hotels, canteens, and communal catering
• Long-term professional experience in field sales within Key Account Management for a wholesaler or food industry partner
• Experience with tenders including calculation security
• High level of initiative, self-organization, pragmatism, and decision-making strength
• Negotiation skills, communication skills, and assertiveness
• Excellent MS Office skills
• High resilience and reliability
• Willingness to travel extensively
