About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage key account responsibilities for customers within the Home Appliance sector
- Support subsidiaries within the framework of global key account management
- Drive strategic sales planning and business development to achieve European and global growth targets
- Build new customer relationships and implement sales strategies with international home appliance OEMs to meet revenue and margin goals
- Manage the bidding process and control offers during tender procedures
- Ensure profitable growth regarding nominated business turnover and acquisition hit rates
- Maintain long-term customer loyalty within existing series and service business
- Monitor market and competitor trends and ensure knowledge transfer within the sales organization
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to acquire new business and support development projects
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within an industrial market segment
- Experience in technical sales or an engineering background
- Fluent and business-fluent proficiency in both German and English
- Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict management skills
- Assertive personality with a confident demeanor and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel

- In-depth knowledge of the filtration industry
- Specific experience within the Home Appliance market segment
