About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage key account responsibilities for customers within the Home Appliance sector
  • Support subsidiaries within the framework of global key account management
  • Drive strategic sales planning and business development to achieve European and global growth targets
  • Build new customer relationships and implement sales strategies with international home appliance OEMs to meet revenue and margin goals
  • Manage the bidding process and control offers during tender procedures
  • Ensure profitable growth regarding nominated business turnover and acquisition hit rates
  • Maintain long-term customer loyalty within existing series and service business
  • Monitor market and competitor trends and ensure knowledge transfer within the sales organization
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to acquire new business and support development projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within an industrial market segment
  • Experience in technical sales or an engineering background
  • Fluent and business-fluent proficiency in both German and English
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict management skills
  • Assertive personality with a confident demeanor and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of the filtration industry
  • Specific experience within the Home Appliance market segment
