Key Account Manager - Health Systems ANZ

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and Philips' business goals
• Lead strategic engagement with major corporate customers across ANZ, focusing on the radiology sector
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and share of wallet through balanced portfolio selling
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with executive stakeholders
• Manage the sales funnel, forecasting, and pipeline development in coordination with Sales Managers
• Orchestrate a cross-functional "One Philips" approach involving Sales, Marketing, Business Units, and Service
• Drive pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and oversee long-term commercial agreements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to mitigate account-level risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8+ years in healthcare sales, key account management, or business development
• Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and long-term contract negotiations
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with expertise in value-based selling
• Proficiency in CRM usage and sales process discipline
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in diagnostic imaging or related healthcare domains
