About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage single IP omni-channel operations and execute sales plans to meet targets
- Plan and execute channel promotional activities to increase sales and conversion
- Coordinate copyright interfacing and plan product categories based on market trends
- Select licensed products and collaborate on channel-specific designs (e.g., Miniso, Top-toy)
- Partner with marketing to create IP-driven campaigns to maximize brand awareness
- Analyze market dynamics and competitor activity to develop marketing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in toy, maternal/infant, or cultural/creative industry procurement or sales
- Experience in toy channel management or IP-licensed derivative products preferred
- Familiarity with online retail models, offline retail operations, and distributor management
- Strong commercial sensitivity and interest in anime, gaming, and trend culture
- Strong data analysis, market insight, and team coordination skills
