Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large enterprise ranching businesses from pilot to full-scale integration
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with operational leaders and executive stakeholders
- Drive enterprise growth through strategic account management and expansion conversations
- Engage with boards and multi-entity decision-makers to align solutions with strategic pain points
- Build networks with rural professionals, consultants, and industry influencers
- Collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to champion customer accounts
- Contribute to revenue forecasting and strategic territory planning
Requirements
- Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts
- Deep industry fluency in ranching systems
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to drive account expansion
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers in the field and boardroom
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of navigating complex business structures and multiple stakeholders
- Experience in high-stakes commercial negotiations
