About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of high-value strategic merchant partners across multiple categories.
- Identify and reach out to prospective key accounts to build a high-quality pipeline of National and Enterprise merchants.
- Lead commercial conversations with senior stakeholders to negotiate contracts and close scalable deals.
- Analyze campaign performance and market insights to continuously improve results and optimize partnerships.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of signed operations, from initial deal launch to post-campaign follow-up.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure seamless partner delivery.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to drive innovative project development and maximize sales performance.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in account management, business development, or B2B sales.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex partnerships and engage with senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and data analysis for trend identification.
- Comfort using AI tools and automation to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
