About the role

Responsibilities

  • Consult with prospective brand partners to discover challenges and develop compelling, mutually beneficial partnership initiatives.
  • Drive global business development efforts for the full portfolio of Red Bull assets across Sports, Culture, Brand, and Media.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including market analysis, client approach, proposal development, pricing, and final negotiations.
  • Deliver against individual and team revenue targets within a dynamic environment.
  • Contribute to the annual business planning process for Global Partnerships.
  • Collaborate with various sub-teams and departments to deliver bespoke partnership objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in international marketing or commercial partnerships.
  • University degree in Marketing or a similar subject.
  • Fluency in English and German (other languages are a plus).
  • Outstanding expertise in marketing with a specific focus on Sports, Culture, and Technology.
  • A demonstrable track record of securing successful brand partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, conceptual, and creative capabilities.
  • An outgoing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30%.
