About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop the account in terms of sales and profitability for a major German automotive OEM
  • Define budgets and implement value creation actions following the commercial strategy
  • Determine strategic price offers and negotiate sales contracts
  • Lead the commercial team dedicated to this automotive account
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor pricing, customer production, and potential developments
  • Manage customer intimacy through regular visits, feedback collection, and relationship management
  • Monitor delivery performance, volume agreements, and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Development, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive market
  • Professional fluency in English
  • High level of travel flexibility (over 50%)
  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills in an international environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of additional European languages
