About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop the account in terms of sales and profitability for a major German automotive OEM
- Define budgets and implement value creation actions following the commercial strategy
- Determine strategic price offers and negotiate sales contracts
- Lead the commercial team dedicated to this automotive account
- Conduct market analysis and monitor pricing, customer production, and potential developments
- Manage customer intimacy through regular visits, feedback collection, and relationship management
- Monitor delivery performance, volume agreements, and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Development, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong knowledge of the automotive market
- Professional fluency in English
- High level of travel flexibility (over 50%)
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills in an international environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional European languages
