About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze your assigned sector and implement growth and loyalty strategies through comprehensive portfolio mapping.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for various CSE solutions (Gift, Platform, and Vacations) for large accounts with 1000+ employees.
  • Oversee the technical deployment of solutions in close collaboration with the Onboarding team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, including CSE trade shows, union congresses, and networking lunches.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for the Key Accounts division and maintain competitive intelligence within your region.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Mid-Market Sales, Product, Partnerships, and other regional KAMs.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in B2B sales with deep expertise in the CSE and union market.
  • Proven track record in complex sales management, including long sales cycles and responding to formal tenders.
  • Strong appetite for client retention and driving revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce to manage client data and sales pipelines.
  • Full mobility within the Île-de-France region for regular client visits.
  • Excellent organizational skills, resilience, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
