About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and sales execution for the company’s largest and most complex accounts.
  • Serve as the senior relationship manager for key team, league, and retail partner leadership.
  • Develop strategic sales roadmaps, promotional calendars, and growth plans tailored to each major account.
  • Design and launch campaigns, programs, and sales initiatives executed by Account Managers across regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of business goals.
  • Deliver performance recaps, insights, and recommendations to senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead seasonal business reviews and top-to-top meetings with retail and licensing partners.
  • Analyze market, customer, and POS data to drive proactive business decisions and identify replenishment opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Planning on forecasts, inventory, and in-season management.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to other Account Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic account management or sales, preferably with major retail or licensing partners.
  • Proven experience managing complex sales negotiations and high-value accounts.
  • Strong ability to create and execute strategic plans with measurable results.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills, including presentations to senior leadership.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborative leadership style.
