About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve revenue goals within the assigned Mannheim - Freiburg territory
- Manage and grow business in both existing and new accounts
- Build and develop deep customer relationships with oncologists, pathologists, and gynecologists
- Deliver high-level product presentations at local levels, workshops, and industry conferences
- Act autonomously to solve complex problems and provide best-in-class customer service
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs to develop effective key account records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience promoting complex products in specialty care or oncology/diagnostics
- Proven track record in key account management and customer-focused selling
- Deep understanding of the German cancer care landscape, including hospital and reimbursement settings
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time, including overnight stays, to cover the territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, managed care, or team leadership
- Strong professional communication skills in English
