About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales potential for the Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score® test within the South West England and South Wales regions.
  • Develop and execute strategic local account plans aligned with the national brand plan to achieve sales growth.
  • Engage with key clinical stakeholders, including Surgeons, Oncologists, Pathologists, and Breast Care Nurses.
  • Manage relationships with non-clinical customers to demonstrate the value-added benefits of Oncotype DX® to healthcare systems.
  • Drive sales across both the NHS and Private healthcare markets.
  • Develop local and national opinion leaders to act as brand advocates.
  • Deliver impactful clinical presentations and represent the company at relevant UK conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a specialist disease area, specifically promoting complex products (ideally in medical oncology or diagnostics).
  • Demonstrated experience in pathway and guideline development within the NHS.
  • Strong ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical data.
  • Extensive knowledge of cancer care within the UK public and private healthcare sectors.
  • Proven skills in large territory and key account management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a regional budget effectively.
  • Clean UK Driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Life science degree.
  • Experience working within smaller, highly efficient sales divisions.
