Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve targets across all product divisions in Northern Thailand and Laos
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Deliver technical and commercial solutions tailored to specific customer needs
• Coordinate closely with service teams to ensure excellent after-sales support
• Promote safety, sustainability, and the adoption of new technologies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 10–14 years of experience in heavy machinery, mining, or related industries
• Strong business, commercial, and technical understanding
• Proven track record in sales and key account management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in remote and cross-border environments
