Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets across all product divisions in Northern Thailand and Laos
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Deliver technical and commercial solutions tailored to specific customer needs
- Coordinate closely with service teams to ensure excellent after-sales support
- Promote safety, sustainability, and the adoption of new technologies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 10–14 years of experience in heavy machinery, mining, or related industries
- Strong business, commercial, and technical understanding
- Proven track record in sales and key account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in remote and cross-border environments
