Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and develop B2B customers from the craft sector both operationally and strategically
• Identify new business potential and build long-term partnerships through solution-oriented consulting
• Create individual offers, conduct price and contract negotiations, and manage the entire sales process
• Analyze customer needs and develop suitable solutions from the product and service portfolio
• Work proactively with business customers using modern CRM and shop systems
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Operations, and Customer Success departments

Requirements

• Communicative, sympathetic, and persuasive personality with strong customer orientation
• Ideally experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management
• Confident negotiation skills and ability to build sustainable customer relationships
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• High self-motivation and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge in photovoltaics, heat pumps, electrical engineering, or wholesale is a plus
