Key Account Manager Ebook & Audio

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key digital ebook and audio accounts, including Amazon, Apple, Google, Casa del Libro, and library platforms
• Analyze sales figures continuously to identify growth and optimization opportunities
• Coordinate monthly campaigns, promotions, and visibility actions for both new releases and backlist titles
• Present monthly new releases to channels and negotiate product positioning
• Conduct annual Business Reviews with clients
• Act as the primary point of contact between digital channels and internal teams (marketing, communications, audiobooks, metadata, and operations)
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement and monitor digital campaigns
• Analyze the commercial and promotional impact of actions across each channel

Requirements

• University degree in ADE, Marketing, or a similar field
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, ecommerce, or digital marketing
• High level of English proficiency
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI is a plus
• Results-oriented profile with a strong commercial vision and communication skills
