Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
- Focus on upselling and cross-selling additional products to existing clients
- Monitor account performance and ensure clients achieve maximum value from the platform
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with key accounts
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding client status and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager
- Proven experience in both hunting (new acquisition) and farming (relationship management)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital payment solutions and fintech
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
