Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Focus on upselling and cross-selling additional products to existing clients
  • Monitor account performance and ensure clients achieve maximum value from the platform
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with key accounts

  • Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding client status and KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Proven experience in both hunting (new acquisition) and farming (relationship management)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital payment solutions and fintech
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
