About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage indirect service channels and distributors in the Central Region to achieve sales goals for industrial air products.
  • Prospect, source, and maintain quality distributors, including Platinum, Gold, and Silver tiers.
  • Develop and execute action plans to support all distribution channels and increase market share.
  • Train and develop distributors on all CTS products and systems, including the Distributor Rewards Program (DRP).
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and supervision for indirect channels in the Central Region.
  • Prepare monthly reports regarding activity, lost orders, closings, and performance against sales goals.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing distributors and respond promptly to inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant industrial service or parts sales experience.
  • Four-year degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% locally and up to 30% overnight.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the compressed air industry.
