About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies for key defense customers
- Build and maintain close relationships with military, government, and industry stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage sales activities from opportunity identification through contract award
- Work closely with technical, operational, and executive teams to deliver customer solutions
- Monitor market developments, procurement plans, and industry trends
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements
- Participate in national defense organizations
Requirements
- Military background or military service
- Existing network with defense organizations and industry
- Experience with government procurement processes
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management
- Broad understanding of the defense, aerospace, or security sector
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
