About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a client portfolio within the Data Center and critical infrastructure sectors across Poland
  • Identify investment projects related to Data Center construction and development
  • Manage project-based sales and build long-term relationships with general contractors, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC installers
  • Demonstrate Milwaukee solutions within client work environments
  • Manage the client portfolio in accordance with company strategy to achieve sales targets
  • Actively seek new business opportunities in the growing Data Center and AI infrastructure market
  • Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to maximize sales performance
  • Participate in business meetings, industry trade fairs, and technological events

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Experience in Data Center, IT infrastructure, technical construction, HVAC, or electrical/power installation industries
  • Proven experience in project sales and navigating technical construction investment environments
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of CRM or SAP is a plus)
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
  • Valid Category B driving license and readiness for mobile work across Poland
