About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and win large and strategically relevant customers
- Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Build and manage a strong, high-quality pipeline focused on impactful opportunities
- Drive value-based selling across both SaaS and transportation solutions
- Negotiate commercially sound agreements with focus on pricing, margin, and deal quality
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on logistics optimization and digital transformation
- Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term value realization after acquisition
- Identify and drive selective, high-value expansion opportunities within key accounts
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Carrier Management
Requirements
- HBO / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in key account management
- Proven success in acquiring and closing large B2B customers
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or SaaS preferred
- Experience with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
- Fluent in English and Dutch
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional European language (e.g. Spanish)
- Experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment
