Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, target, and win large and strategically relevant customers
• Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
• Build and manage a strong, high-quality pipeline focused on impactful opportunities
• Drive value-based selling across both SaaS and transportation solutions
• Negotiate commercially sound agreements with focus on pricing, margin, and deal quality
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on logistics optimization and digital transformation
• Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term value realization after acquisition
• Identify and drive selective, high-value expansion opportunities within key accounts
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Carrier Management

Requirements

• HBO / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in key account management
• Proven success in acquiring and closing large B2B customers
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or SaaS preferred
• Experience with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
• Fluent in English and Dutch

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional European language (e.g. Spanish)
• Experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment
