Key Account Manager Convenience & E-Com

Responsibilities

• Manage Key Account responsibility for Convenience, including Travel Retail, E-Commerce, and New Channels
• Drive strategic development of cooperation across all relevant sales levels
• Responsible for revenue, profit, and volume for Krombacher and Schweppes brands
• Conduct annual negotiations and implement central agreements to build long-term partnerships
• Manage listings, assortment strategies, and promotion plans
• Control customer budgets and analyze sales and performance KPIs
• Develop and implement customer-specific concepts in cooperation with the field team

Requirements

• Completed business degree or commercial training with additional qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in retail (LEH), ideally in the beverage or FMCG industry
• Experience in Key Account management, particularly in Online and Travel Retail
• Strong negotiation skills and high closing strength
• Strong analytical understanding of KPIs and customer profitability
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital sales tools
