About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of sales and market access strategies in the Southern Cone (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay).
  • Identify growth opportunities and access barriers to optimize treatment coverage and availability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure integrated execution.
  • Monitor the healthcare environment, including public policies, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Develop and implement integrated account plans for key customers, including value-added programs.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare technical documentation to strengthen market access initiatives.
  • Maintain full compliance with corporate policies, Code of Conduct, and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or science discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience as a Key Account Manager managing high-cost pharmaceutical products.
  • Proven experience managing payers and wholesalers in Argentina.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Argentine healthcare system and market access processes.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of general experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to translate stakeholder insights into actionable strategic plans.
