Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic restaurant partners.
• Develop and execute business growth plans using advertising, promotions, and strategic initiatives to increase partner performance.
• Use data-driven decision-making to analyze performance, drive operational excellence, and enhance the merchant and user experience.
• Identify and address partner pain points to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development teams to align on growth objectives.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in account management, sales, or partnerships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food tech, food delivery, or FMCG sectors.
