About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand Belkin's presence in the retail sector across Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Cyprus
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with key retail and B2B accounts in the Iberia region
  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and best-in-class execution
  • Monitor account performance and KPIs to ensure alignment with sales targets
  • Collaborate with planning teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure efficient order fulfillment
  • Analyze market data and consumer trends to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, business units, and operations to improve product listings and advertising effectiveness
  • Travel to trade shows and customer sites to deliver product presentations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management
  • Proven track record in the Consumer Electronics industry
  • Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience managing eCommerce platforms
  • Demonstrated success managing retail and B2B accounts within the Iberia region
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally as required
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Portuguese or Catalan
  • Strong interest in the tech and consumer electronics industry
