Key Account Manager, BDI Urology & Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts within assigned territories to increase awareness and demand for BDI Urology and Critical Care products
• Promote products to diverse customers, including hospitals, infection control departments, and ICUs
• Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration and adoption within the designated territory
• Build and maintain sustainable, positive relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
• Conduct customer segmentation and maintain a detailed customer database to fulfill needs timely
• Perform ongoing market analysis, including competitive and business intelligence
• Organize promotional and educational meetings, symposia, and conferences for medical staff and nurses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare sciences or a related discipline
• 2-3 years of healthcare sales experience
• Proven experience or exposure in medical devices or medical technology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach
