About the role
Responsibilities
- Key account sales of lubricants, consumables, and oil technology to large and industrial customers
- Acquisition of new cooperation and sales partners and direct sales of service packages
- Market observation and implementation of sales activities
- Development of logistical supply concepts within and outside the EU
- Customer retention and complaint processing
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (e.g., occupational safety, hazardous substances)
- Application of IT systems including CRM, MS Office, and SAP
- Participation in regional/central events, conferences, and trade fairs
Requirements
- Commercial or technical training (Master/Technician or equivalent)
- Technical understanding and good knowledge of lubricants
- Excellent sales skills and successful sales experience
- 3 - 5 years of professional and field service experience
- Strong willingness to travel and overnight stays
- Business fluent English in speaking and writing
- Proficient in IT systems (CRM, MS Office, SAP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language
