About the role

Responsibilities

  • Key account sales of lubricants, consumables, and oil technology to large and industrial customers
  • Acquisition of new cooperation and sales partners and direct sales of service packages
  • Market observation and implementation of sales activities
  • Development of logistical supply concepts within and outside the EU
  • Customer retention and complaint processing
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (e.g., occupational safety, hazardous substances)
  • Application of IT systems including CRM, MS Office, and SAP
  • Participation in regional/central events, conferences, and trade fairs

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical training (Master/Technician or equivalent)
  • Technical understanding and good knowledge of lubricants
  • Excellent sales skills and successful sales experience
  • 3 - 5 years of professional and field service experience
  • Strong willingness to travel and overnight stays
  • Business fluent English in speaking and writing
  • Proficient in IT systems (CRM, MS Office, SAP)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language
