Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic, high-value client accounts in the AV industry
- Drive business acquisition and identify growth opportunities within assigned regions
- Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor
- Partner with internal teams including sales, technical, and delivery to ensure client needs are met
- Create and present account plans, forecasts, and performance reports
- Negotiate client contracts and renewals in line with company objectives
- Address client escalations, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 10–15 years of Key Account Management experience
- Experience in the audio-visual (AV) industry
- Proven track record in business acquisition and growing client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
