Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic, high-value client accounts in the AV industry
  • Drive business acquisition and identify growth opportunities within assigned regions
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor
  • Partner with internal teams including sales, technical, and delivery to ensure client needs are met
  • Create and present account plans, forecasts, and performance reports
  • Negotiate client contracts and renewals in line with company objectives
  • Address client escalations, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of Key Account Management experience
  • Experience in the audio-visual (AV) industry
  • Proven track record in business acquisition and growing client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
