About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor commercial performance, margins, and KPIs to support decision-making processes
- Prepare quotation proposals for Key Account Managers in alignment with client requirements
- Develop detailed cost analyses in close collaboration with site Finance teams
- Contribute to budget preparation and medium-term planning (MTP)
- Analyze pricing structures and contribute to profitability optimization
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure proper order processing
- Participate in contract management and ensure compliance with commercial agreements
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or sales administration
- Fluent proficiency in English
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Google workspace environment
- Strong communication skills and an international mindset
- Ability to work autonomously with a professional and diplomatic approach
