About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a specialist consultant for customers regarding animal feed
- Sell the BayWa product range within the assigned sales territory
- Maintain and develop customer relationships through creative engagement
- Acquire new customers to expand market position
- Create and follow up on customized offers
- Monitor market developments and competitor activities to achieve sales targets
- Present new products at trade fairs and events
Requirements
- Degree in agriculture or commercial/agricultural vocational training
- Passion for sales and active customer contact
- Deep knowledge of agriculture and the target group of farmers
- Ideally experience in the agricultural industry, specifically in animal feed
- Confident, communicative, and persuasive demeanor
