About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a specialist consultant for customers regarding animal feed
  • Sell the BayWa product range within the assigned sales territory
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships through creative engagement
  • Acquire new customers to expand market position
  • Create and follow up on customized offers
  • Monitor market developments and competitor activities to achieve sales targets
  • Present new products at trade fairs and events

Requirements

  • Degree in agriculture or commercial/agricultural vocational training
  • Passion for sales and active customer contact
  • Deep knowledge of agriculture and the target group of farmers
  • Ideally experience in the agricultural industry, specifically in animal feed
  • Confident, communicative, and persuasive demeanor
