About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage designated product divisions within the Amazon business to deliver commercial objectives across revenue, volume, and Average Volume Price (AVP).
  • Drive sales growth and maximize profitability through successful execution of account strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with Amazon teams to identify growth opportunities and influence product ranging.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Optimize trading performance through data analysis and regular business reviews.
  • Support marketing initiatives and strengthen the strategic partnership with Amazon.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in account management.
  • Direct experience working with Amazon.
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent commercial results.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to build commercial arguments from data.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Understanding of core business financial principles.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional travel across the UK, Ireland, and internationally.
