Key Account Manager - Agriculture

Responsibilities

• Drive sustained profitable growth in assigned key accounts and new accounts within the West and South regions.
• Implement SKF key account management processes and tools to achieve annual growth and margin targets.
• Develop and execute key account strategies, including forecasting and planning, aligned with organizational goals.
• Map customer organizations at all levels to gain holistic insights into their specific needs.
• Identify and deliver value-based offers to ensure win-win outcomes for both the customer and SKF.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets through OEMs in the defined segment.
• Serve as the primary business contact for customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct regular customer visits, requiring approximately 50-60% travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management (KAM).
• Proven experience working within the agriculture or farm division.
• Strong knowledge of industrial markets, including segments such as gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, or construction equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage business development, RFQ generation, and account receivables.
