Affordplan is a category-leading Health-Fintech platform. Our mission is to drive financial access for patients through our product, Swasth, and enhance operational efficiency for providers through our supply chain platform, PROCALYX™.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for hospital partners, ensuring strong engagement with CXOs and Finance Heads
  • Lead technical and operational onboarding and drive proactive change management within hospital teams
  • Monitor platform adoption and present data-backed reports to CXOs detailing cost savings and margin optimization
  • Address hospital concerns and resolve operational challenges regarding SCM platform policies
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Manufacturer teams to refine platform features
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in key account management and hospital partnerships
  • Proven experience in CXO-level relationship management
  • Strong practical knowledge of hospital finance, procurement workflows, and Indian healthcare supply chain dynamics
  • Ability to interpret complex procurement data and translate it into ROI presentations
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of hospital procurement workflows and SCM solutions
