Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow enterprise key accounts across corporate, government, education, hospitality, and residential sectors
  • Drive new business acquisition by opening high-value enterprise accounts
  • Work with architects, consultants, and PMCs to get solutions specified in tenders and BOQs
  • Navigate multiple stakeholders including CXOs, IT heads, facility managers, consultants, and contractors
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to project handover
  • Co-create customised solutions with pre-sales and design teams
  • Drive sales across Unified Communications, AV, smart lighting, and building automation solutions
  • Ensure repeat business and account growth through strong relationship management

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B consultative, solution, or project sales
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales and large deal closures
  • Strong account management and hunting mindset
  • Experience managing long sales cycles (3–9 months)
  • Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Stable career history with at least 3+ years in one organisation
