Responsibilities
- Manage and grow enterprise key accounts across corporate, government, education, hospitality, and residential sectors
- Drive new business acquisition by opening high-value enterprise accounts
- Work with architects, consultants, and PMCs to get solutions specified in tenders and BOQs
- Navigate multiple stakeholders including CXOs, IT heads, facility managers, consultants, and contractors
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to project handover
- Co-create customised solutions with pre-sales and design teams
- Drive sales across Unified Communications, AV, smart lighting, and building automation solutions
- Ensure repeat business and account growth through strong relationship management
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B consultative, solution, or project sales
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and large deal closures
- Strong account management and hunting mindset
- Experience managing long sales cycles (3–9 months)
- Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
- Stable career history with at least 3+ years in one organisation
